At a national conference held by the Institute of Develoment Professionals in Education (IDPE), Bethany’s Development Manager, Louise Dean, was caught off guard as her name was announced as winner of the ‘Development Newcomer of the Year’. Bethany was one of three schools in the UK receiving awards for work in Development in the UK, and was recogonised for ‘creativity and innovation’, something Louise excels in and that we are very keen to promote in our pupils.
